Construction of the Maxima Residence business-class residential complex at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv is proceeding according to schedule. Roofing has begun in the first section, external and internal walls are being laid, and window structures are being installed.
Preparatory work for the installation of lift equipment is continuing, and preparations for the fitting out of commercial premises in this part of the building are being completed.
In the second section, the concrete monolith of the 26th floor has been completed, and the installation of parapets on the roof has begun. Blockwork and installation of ventilation units are continuing. The installation of staircases has been completed, and work is underway to prepare the lift shafts for the installation of equipment.
90% of all construction has been completed in the car park. Installation of external engineering networks is also underway at the site
