Корпорація Нерухомості РІЕЛ спільно з Bosphorus Development продовжують інформувати про динаміку будівництва ЖК Maxima Residence. Роботи здійснюються відповідно до графіка.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation, in cooperation with Bosphorus Development, continues to provide updates on the construction of the Maxima Residence RC. Work is proceeding according to schedule.
Currently, monolithic work is continuing on the 24th floor of the second section, and 50% of the external and internal walls have been laid. At the same time, the installation of ventilation units and reinforced concrete monolithic stairs is continuing. Meanwhile, builders have completed work on the decorative elements of the arch behind the section. The tower cranes have also been extended to their maximum height.
In the first section, monolithic structures are being installed on the 26th floor, and the masonry of the external and internal walls is 60% complete.
At the same time, ventilation units and reinforced concrete monolithic stairs are being installed. Excavation work has begun for commercial premises in the first section.
Monolithic work has been completed in the parking lot.
