RIEL, in cooperation with Bosphorus Development, continues to provide updates on the progress of construction of the Maxima Residence Business-Class Residential Complex. Work on the site is proceeding according to schedule.
The monolithic frame has been completed in the first section, and 75% of the external and internal walls have been laid. The installation of ventilation units and reinforced concrete stairs has been completed. Preparatory work has begun for the installation of lift equipment and the future installation of window structures. Preparations for roofing are also underway.
Foundation work for commercial premises is continuing in the section area – the excavation pit has already been developed.
In the second section, the monolithic frame is almost complete, with 60% of the walls laid. The installation of engineering elements – ventilation units and staircases – is nearing completion. Measurements are being taken for the manufacture of windows, and work is continuing on the decorative elements of the end of the building.
All monolithic work in the car park has been completed.
In addition, the installation of external engineering networks has begun in accordance with the technical specifications of Kyivvodokanal.
