Developer RIEL has handed over an apartment to the winner of the HAPPY OPTORIZ charity fundraiser – the recipient has already become the owner of a home in the centre of Kyiv.
HAPPY OPTORIZ is a large-scale initiative launched by the Serhii Sternenko Community Foundation to mark the first anniversary of its activities. The goal of the fundraiser was to raise UAH 50,000,000 to purchase 1,200 fibre-optic FPV drones for the most intense areas of the front line, including Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, Huliaipole, Sloviansk and others.

The campaign was successfully completed – not only reaching its target but exceeding it. In total, UAH 52,195,097 was raised, which enabled the purchase of 1,350 fibre-optic FPV drones.
To support the initiative, RIEL provided an apartment in the business-class Nordica Residence complex in Pechersk as the main prize in the draw. Everyone who donated from UAH 300 was eligible to participate.
In total, RIEL has already donated six apartments to support various charitable fundraising campaigns for the Defence Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to these initiatives, more than UAH 290 million has been raised in 2025–2026.
For us, this is a systematic commitment – to support initiatives that directly strengthen the country’s defence capabilities.
