Today, a developer’s reliability is one of the key factors in choosing a home. Channel 24 recently examined this very aspect using the Maxima Residence residential complex in Kyiv as an example—a project we are implementing in partnership with Bosphorus Development.
Maxima Residence is a business-class residential complex in Pechersk (30 Konovaltsia St.), where modern architecture, functional layouts, and a thoughtfully designed living environment come together. The project incorporates solutions that enhance both the aesthetics and durability of the buildings.
Special attention has been paid to spatial organization—from apartment layouts to infrastructure and security. Location is also a key factor: a central district with access to business and urban infrastructure, which ensures stable demand and potential investment appeal.
The project is being implemented in partnership with the Turkish company Bosphorus Development. The combination of international experience and local expertise allows for enhanced solutions at every stage—from concept to construction—and this is already evident at the current stage of implementation.
RIEL's Experience
RIEL has been operating in the residential construction market for over 20 years and has completed more than 100 projects in Kyiv and Lviv, building over 1 million square meters of housing.
We have completed all projects in the capital that were started before 2022 and continue to develop new projects. For us, this is about responsibility and consistency in our work.
In recent years, RIEL has consistently increased its construction pace:
- in 2022, 6 projects were commissioned and work resumed at all sites
- in 2023 – 15 new projects
- in 2024 – 14 buildings and nearly 2,000 delivered apartments
- in 2025 – another 10 projects and about 2,000 units in Kyiv and Lviv
By the end of 2025, we topped the ranking of the best construction companies in Kyiv and Lviv according to the Ukrainian Business Award, and in 2026, we took second place in the “Top 100 Developers of Ukraine” award from LUN.
Bosphorus Development’s international experience
The project partner is Bosphorus Development, a developer with a history dating back to the 1930s.
The company has completed over 100 projects across various real estate segments—residential, commercial, and mixed-use—with a total portfolio exceeding 5 million square meters.
Notable projects include:
- Istanbul Tower 205 Levent – a 220-meter skyscraper in Istanbul, recognized by the European Property Awards
- Innovia Ispartakule Residence – a residential complex with two 29-story towers
- Istanbul Aquarium – one of the largest aquariums in the world
The participation of several developers in a project is a common practice in the market, allowing for the combination of different expertise and the distribution of responsibility.
