We want the space to come to life before the houses appear. This builds trust, community, and a sense of life today. That is why, in the Brother and Sister residential space projects on the Left Bank in the capital, we are launching life on the territory while it is still under construction. The first things to come to life here will not be houses, but a large sports cluster — with paddle tennis courts, stadiums, walking trails, children's and sports grounds. People will be able to come here, use the space, see how the area is growing, and feel like they are part of it long before they move in.
