We continue to invest in Lviv and create a space where comfort, care, and safety are part of everyday life. At Riel City, we are creating not just a residential complex, but a full-fledged urban ecosystem — and a modern school is a key part of it.
We are building an educational space with an area of over 5,000 m², which, upon completion, will be transferred to the city's municipal property free of charge. The project includes an underground shelter, a sports complex, a swimming pool, spacious classrooms with high-quality ventilation, and recreation areas. Currently, the masonry, window installation, and facade work have been completed, and construction is proceeding according to schedule.
For us, this is more than just infrastructure near our homes—it is an investment in the future of the community and the creation of a place that will serve generations to come. The school will become the heart of the Riel City residential space, providing accessible education close to home, new opportunities for children and parents, and development for the area. We are taking steps that are changing the city — and we remain a partner of Lviv in its development.
