RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of Schengen RC is actively pursued. In section 4.3 of the first stage, the walls of the fifth floor are being laid, and in sections 4.1. and 4.2 plastering, electrical and plumbing works are being performed. Arrangement of the territory is being improved.
It is also reported that in the second stage, the 12th floor slab has been cast in the fifth house, the walls of the 10th floor are being constructed in the sixth house, in the eighth and tenth houses, except for the basement, the facades have been arranged, the roof arrangement has been completed; at the same time wall laying, electrical and plumbing works are underway.
In the third stage, the second floor is being built in the seventh house, in section 9.2 of the ninth house, the monolithic frame of the first floor is ready, the second floor is being cast; in the 11th house, the entrance groups are being arranged, facade work is in progress.
