RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of the first stage of Shengen RC is actively pursued. In sections 3.1 and 3.2, plastering of the walls in the common facilities has been completed, the laying of tiles on the floor is underway. At the same time, the builders have completed the installation of the entrance doors to the apartments and the of electricity, water and heating meters arrangement. This was reported by the project manager.
In section 3.3, the casting of screeds has been completed. The plastering of the walls in the common facilities, the installation of doors in the apartments and the courtyard landscaping are in progress.
In the fourth house in section 4.3, the first floor slab is being cast and the masonry of the walls is resumed. In sections 4.1 and 4.2, we go on with the internal networks installation.
It is also reported that we are resuming the works in the second and third stages.
