We are moving forward with the active construction of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv. In the third stage, work has already begun on the façades of Buildings 9.1 and 9.2.
In the seventh section, the roof installation is underway. In the eleventh building, a lift has already been installed in Section 11.1, with work continuing in Section 11.2. At the same time, landscaping of the surrounding area is in progress, and the ground-floor façade has been fully completed.
In the fourth stage, in Sections B1–C1, the roof over the commercial premises is 30% complete, while aluminium structures are already 50% installed. Floor tiling in common areas and blockwork of internal walls in the commercial premises are underway, and lift installation has begun. In Section B2, 60% of the stylobate restoration is complete, with preparations for landscaping of the surrounding area now in progress.
