We are continuing active construction of the Shengen Residential Complex in Lviv.
In the third stage, the common areas in the eleventh building have been completed, the installation of lifts has begun, and work is underway to improve the surrounding area. The façade of the basement floor is 80% complete.
Work on installing heating systems is continuing in buildings 9.1 and 9.2. Window structures are being installed in the seventh section.
In the fourth stage, in sections B1–C1, the installation of the roof screed above the commercial premises is continuing. The installation of aluminium structures is 30% complete, the waterproofing of the external walls of the car park has been completed, and the laying of floor tiles has begun in the common areas. In section B2, installation work is continuing on the restoration of the stylobate, and a driveway to the car park has been constructed.
