The casting of the screeds is almost over, the arrangement of power supply networks and external networks is being performed.
In the house No.3 of the first stage, work on the arrangement of the facade of commercial premises is being completed, the finishing of common facilities is underway, the installation of radiators and two individual heating points is almost over. The electrical work is 95% and the plastering of the first floors is 85% ready, work in commercial premises is in progress. Installation of internal electrical equipment and external power supply networks is in progress. The external gas supply networks are 30% ready, and the surrounding grounds are being improved.
In the house No.1 of the third stage, the installation of insulation on the roof has been completed; in the first, second, and third sections, waterproofing is 50% ready, in the fourth section - 80%; the installation of windows and balcony doors is in progress, preparatory work to arrange external electricity and gas supply networks is being performed.
