RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that in house No. 3 of the first stage of Ok'Land RC, the installation of two IHPs (individual heating plants) has been ready by 90%, the installation of elevators has been completed, and start-up and adjustment work is underway. In the house No. 2 of the second stage, facade work continues, finishing of common facilities, installation of showcases for commercial premises, the doors on the first and second floors, laying of main sewage pipelines, ready by 70%, elevators are being installed. The installation of the pumping station equipment is almost completed, technical, fire and cold transition doors in all sections have been installed, the arrangement of external water supply and sewerage networks is underway.
In the house No. 1 of the third stage, roof insulation is being installed, windows and balcony doors are being installed, external water supply and sewerage networks are being completed, preparations for the installation of external electricity and gas supply networks are underway.
