RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the builders have resumed construction of all buildings of the Ok'Land RC. At the moment, facade work is ongoing in the third house of the first stage, the installation of technical, fire and cold passage doors is being completed, guard rails have been installed, and the installation of elevator portals is in progress. At the same time, the builders are almost over the floor decoration with ceramic tiles in the common facilities and laying electrical cables to the apartments.
It is also reported that the laying of cables in common facilities has already been completed, the installation of fire ladders towards the roof and the installation of pump station equipment have been completed.
Besides, according to RIEL employees, in the second house of the second stage, the arrangement of the facade is in progress. In sections 2.1 and 2.2, electrical installation works are being performed, and in 2.3 and 2.4 these works have already been completed.
At the same time, in section 2.1, the laying of tiles in common facilities continues, in 2.2, the installation of fire doors is performed. In section 2.3, the doors of cold passages are installed, laying of tiles in the common facilities is at the final stage. In 2.4, the installation of cold passage doors, laying of tiles in the common facilities and the installation of elevators are in progress.
In section 1.1 of the third stage, the builders are laying internal and external walls on the 23rd floor, installing windows on the 16th and 17th floors. In section 1.2, the laying of internal and external walls from the 23rd to the 26th floor is carried out. In section 1.3, there is masonry of the 25th floor walls. In section 1.4, installation of windows on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors is performed.
It is also reported that monolithic works have been restored in the first parking lot.
