Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the house No. 1 of Nordica Residence RC, the laying of walls has been completed up to the 19th floor, it is being performed on the 21st floor, monolithic works are almost over and decorative elements of the roof are being arranged. The process of laying water supply and sewerage risers is underway, monolithic works are being carried out to equip a transformer substation and an individual heating plant. Backfilling has already been completed in parking lot No. 1. This was announced by the project manager.
At the same time, in the house No. 1, the arrangement of the basement floor continues.
The house No. 3 – backfilling of the rubble base for the foundation of the house has been completed.
