RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that in the first stage of Nordica Residence RC in the first building, the 25th floor slab is cast. This was reported by the project manager.
At the same time, the construction of walls on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors is underway, the arrangement of K1 and K2 risers has been completed up to and including the 15th floor. We are starting the development of the road near the house for routing of engineering networks, 85% of monolithic works in the parking lot have been completed.
In the second house, we are arranging the monolithic structures of the basement floor. The third house - the arrangement of the base for the foundation is in progress.
