Construction of Stage 2 of the business-class Nordica Residence development in Kyiv is nearing completion. Finishing and façade works on Buildings 2 and 3 are in their final stages, while work on the building services, Parking Facility 2 and external landscaping is continuing.
In Buildings 2 and 3, finishing works in the common areas are 98% complete. Finishing works in the entrance areas and lobbies are virtually complete, while façade works have reached 97% completion.
Installation of the lightning protection system and parapet cappings is also nearing completion. The buildings are being prepared for commissioning.
As part of Stage 2, installation of the water supply pumping station equipment is 97% complete.
External landscaping works are continuing. Hard landscaping and tactile paving are 100% complete, and the metal perimeter fencing has also been fully installed. Preparations are currently under way for the creation of flower beds and soft landscaping.
At Parking Facility 2, installation of the electrical networks is 100% complete. Installation of the ventilation and smoke extraction systems is 95% complete, while the sprinkler fire suppression system has reached 80% completion.
