Real Estate Corporation RIEL and Bosphorus Development report that the construction of Maxima Residence RC continues. According to the project manager, in the second section the construction of -2 floor has been completed, waterproofing works and construction of monolithic structures of -1 floor continue. Specialists are preparing for the installation of the tower crane.
Vertical of the third floor is performed in the first section, installation of staircases and ventilation blocks, arrangement of monolithic stairs and masonry walls of the basement floor are in progress. Waterproofing of the underground part of the building has been completed and backfilling has been carried out.
In parallel, the construction of load-bearing wall on the side of the neighboring housing estate is completed in the third section.
In the parking lot (the first section) - the floor slab is ready, the transformer substation room is being arranged.
