Real Estate Corporation RIEL and Bosphorus Development report that the construction of Maxima Residence RC is actively pursued. According to the project manager, in the first section, the standard floor is completed; the assembly of prefabricated staircases and ventilation units begins.
In the second section, the foundation piling is completed, its underground part is being waterproofed and the vertical elements of the basement floor are being arranged.
In parallel, in the third section, a supporting wall on the side of the neighbouring residential complex and a pile field are being constructed.
In the parking lot (the first pour object), preparations are underway to arrange the floor slab of -2 floor.
