RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of Forward RC is in progress. According to the project manager, the façade in section B is almost completed, plastering in common facilities has been fully arranged, the windows on the ground floor and elevators have been installed; heating, water supply and sewerage risers have been laid, screeds have been poured in the parking lot and doors have been installed in technical rooms.
In section A, finishing work was completed in common facilities, except for the first and eleventh floors, apartment doors were installed and tiles were laid from the fifth to tenth floors, the installation of windows on the first floor has been completed.
In general, the arrangement of internal networks in the complex – water, heat supply and sewerage is underway; horizontal part of the networks that lead into the house is being laid through the parking lot.
