Construction works within Stage 1 of the Father Residential Complex in Lviv are ongoing at the site.
Section 4.1: Installation of the flat roof has been completed. Installation of the window structures is nearing completion.
Section 4.2: Monolithic works have been completed. Masonry of the external walls of the eighth floor and internal walls up to the sixth floor is in progress. Installation of window structures has also begun.
Work has also started on the stylobate section of the car park located between Sections 4.1 and 4.2.
