Real Estate Corporation RIEL starts realization of the project of construction of children’s educational institution for 270 places in Lviv.
“We are finalizing the design and at the end of February we will start the construction of children’s educational institution. It will be a kindergarten for 70 places and a school for 200 places. It will be a cool complex with a swimming pool, bomb shelter, which will have a dual purpose, so that it can be used in peacetime”, said the General Director of Real Estate Corporation RIEL Rostyslav Melnyk.
He also added that in April work on the arrangement of one more kindergarten in another district of the city will begin.
“These premises have already been built, there is about 2 thousand m2 in the center of Lviv. So we decided to make such an institution there too”, said Rostyslav Melnyk.
He noted that the construction of children’s educational institutions is in the investment obligations of the company to the city. These buildings have already been designed and planned and their realization is carried out according to the company work schedule.
