July Construction Update

In Section 1, façade works and glazing are continuing. To date, 97% of the window structures have been installed, while the façade is being clad with porcelain stoneware tiles. 50% of the apartment entrance doors have been installed, 80% of the utility systems have been laid, and floor screeds have been completed across 70% of the floor area. Interior finishing works have also commenced in the basement utility rooms.

In Section 2, 75% of the window structures have been installed and glazed. Installation of utility systems and boiler plant equipment is continuing, along with façade works. Floor screeds have been completed across 65% of the floor area. Installation of the passenger lifts has been completed, and work has commenced on installing the apartment entrance doors.

In Section 3, the foundation grillage has been completed, and construction of the vertical and horizontal structural elements of the basement level is nearing completion. Construction of the vertical structural elements of the ground-floor level has commenced, along with waterproofing of the foundations and basement walls.
