Having your own parking space is an important part of comfortable living in a modern residential development. It offers everyday convenience, keeps your car secure and gives you the peace of mind of knowing that you will not have to spend time looking for somewhere to park when you return home.
RIEL has seen growing demand for parking spaces among property owners. At the same time, purchasing a parking space involves additional expense. That is why we launched the RIEL Parking Sharing promotion, giving our customers the opportunity to use a parking space free of charge in the development where they purchased their property, while allowing them more time to prepare for its future purchase.
The promotion ended on 31 July. Customers who entered into new agreements to purchase property in RIEL developments in Kyiv and Lviv between 1 June and 31 July 2026 were automatically entered into the prize draw.
We would like to thank everyone who purchased a property from us during this period. We greatly appreciate your trust and are delighted to welcome new customers to the RIEL community.
Our team has now compiled and verified the list of agreements eligible for the prize draw. Each agreement has been assigned a unique ID.
On 10 August 2026 at 12:00 noon, we will use a random number generator to select the customers who will receive the right to use a parking space free of charge for 3, 6, 9, 12 or 24 months. The draw will be held live and video-recorded in accordance with the official terms and conditions of the promotion.

Once notified, the winners will be required to sign an agreement. Under the terms and conditions of the promotion, the agreement must be signed within five business days of receiving notification from RIEL.
If the agreement is not signed within the specified period, the right to use the parking space free of charge will be forfeited and may be transferred to a reserve winner.
