У житловому комплексі «Новий Форт» тривають роботи у третій і четвертій чергах.
Construction works continue on the third and fourth stages of the Novyi Fort Residential Complex.
In the third stage, final finishing works in the common areas have been completed in Sections B2 and B3.
In Section B4, tile installation in the common areas has been completed, and finishing works are currently ongoing.
Landscaping works at the entrances to Buildings B2, B3, and B4 have also been completed. Construction of the stylobate parking facility between Sections B3 and A1 is continuing.
In addition, installation of apartment boilers and gas meters is underway throughout the third stage.
In the fourth stage, installation of roof windows and construction of the stylobate parking facility between Sections A1 and G1 have been completed.
In Section G2, installation of the metal roof covering is ongoing. Façade works on the inner side of the building have also commenced, floor screeds have been completed, and tile installation in the common areas is now underway.
