RIEL is introducing a new advantage for investors in the Big Ben Residential Complex: compensation of the difference between commercial and residential utility tariffs.

We will cover the difference in tariffs for electricity, heating, and water supply for apartment owners. This means that actual monthly expenses will be closely aligned with those of standard residential properties.
