Construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence in Kyiv, which RIEL is developing together with Bosphorus Development at 30 Konovaltsia Street, is actively progressing. Facade works, glazing installation, engineering systems, interior works, and preparations for upcoming construction stages are all being carried out simultaneously at the site.
Section One: Active facade works and glazing installation are ongoing. Approximately 85% of the window structures have already been installed, while façade cladding with porcelain stoneware tiles continues. Lift commissioning works are nearing completion. At the same time, engineering systems are being installed, including electrical distribution and fire protection systems. Floor screeding works are also continuing.
Section Two: Installation of window structures is ongoing, with 60% of the glazing area already completed. Engineering systems installation continues in parallel. Facade works remain in an active phase, including installation of the drainage system. Commissioning works for the freight elevator are nearing completion, while installation of passenger elevators is still in progress. Floor screeds continue to be poured on the residential floors.
Section Three: Tower Crane No. 3 has been installed. Works are currently underway on the retaining wall enclosure between the third section and the neighbouring residential complex. In addition, pile head trimming to the design elevation is ongoing.
