We are continuing construction of our flagship project in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv according to schedule. Since work began, approximately 50% of the reinforced concrete structures for the first phase have been completed, and we are 98% on schedule.
The first phase is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. Today, Big Ben is no longer just a rendering but a real neighborhood that is taking shape day by day.
Security and Engineering
We pay special attention to security. We are constructing the complex using monolithic-frame technology, which ensures the strength and durability of the structures. Sections A3 and A4 feature full-scale shelters with reinforced ceilings.
The project also includes 24/7 video surveillance, a concierge service, and professional security. The engineering infrastructure includes fire safety systems, smoke extraction, and an underground parking garage with custom technical solutions.
Comfort and Architecture
We insulate the walls with an 18-centimeter layer of mineral wool and install doors with an external frame and energy-efficient windows to create a high-quality thermal envelope.
A distinctive feature of the project is its gallery-style layout. Internal walkways allow residents to move between sections without going outside, creating a semi-enclosed urban space.
Scale of the neighborhood
The project includes 6 construction phases, up to 700 apartments, and approximately 400 parking spaces in the underground garage. The first phase includes approximately 180 apartments ranging from 30 to 103 m².
We are developing Big Ben as a self-sufficient urban neighborhood with internal infrastructure and commercial spaces on the ground floors.
Big Ben Residential Complex is a project that we are gradually transforming into a fully-fledged urban neighborhood. A steady pace of construction, well-thought-out solutions, and attention to detail give us confidence in the result—the creation of a space where it will be comfortable to live, work, and plan for the future.
