The chief shortcoming of the neighbourhood is its poorly developed infrastructure; there is also an issue with the lack of schools and kindergartens.
  3. Darnytskyi. The main advantages of this area are the rapid development of infrastructure, an extensive road network, and the presence of seven metro stations at once. You can walk to the metro from almost any residential area of ​​ Darnytskyi district. At the same time, real estate prices are still quite low. If you choose new buildings on Kyiv Left Bank, be sure to take notice of the new residential complexes in Darnytskyi district. One square metre of apartments in new business-class houses is approximately UAH 30,000-35,000.
  • Premium class. These are luxury apartments of very high quality. Such houses are characterized by original architectural solutions; the layout in apartments is often individual. Premium-class residential complexes imply a closed and guarded territory and developed infrastructure. Often, apartments on the upper floors have floor-to-ceiling windows. Apartments in premium houses are the most expensive. Their value can reach the cosmic two to three thousand dollars per square metre.

What district should I choose?

You’d better choose apartments in Kyiv new buildings on the Left Bank, taking into account your individual preferences, lifestyle, etc. Perhaps the most important criterion for you is a closed territory and a sufficient number of parking places, instead of developed infrastructure and your own kindergarten.
