Just as we take care of your daily comfort, we have also taken care of the purchasing conditions. For the first phase we start with a down payment from 10%, with instalments up to 12 months; for the second phase — from 30%, with instalments until construction and finishing works are completed. A 3% discount applies for full payment. Additional discounts are available for military personnel, medical workers and internally displaced persons.
