The online publication ZAXID.NET recently examined how RIEL investment real estate works and why it is increasingly viewed as a turnkey business. After all, we are seeing steady interest in properties that can serve not only as a place to live but also as an asset that generates regular income. And that is precisely why we offer a format where the investor receives a virtually turnkey real estate business.
“Investing in real estate often seems like a complicated process: you have to find a property, organize renovations, work with contractors, and then find tenants. It is precisely because of this operational aspect that many people put off making a decision. That is why at RIEL, we offer a model where the investor essentially receives a ready-made real estate business,” explains Alla Chipak, sales coordinator at RIEL in Lviv.

That is why we at RIEL have developed a more service-oriented approach and, together with our partners, provide comprehensive, high-quality support. At the same time, all terms of cooperation are clear and transparent.
During the investment property selection phase, our consultants provide complete information about available options, calculate costs, and assist with paperwork and other matters. After the contract is signed, the property is handed over for preparation for occupancy. The property owner does not have to search for contractors on their own or spend time supervising the work: turnkey renovations can be carried out by the Remont Buro team, a partner of RIEL. Once the property is fully ready, the MYFREEDOM rent team joins the process, taking over rental management: finding tenants, showing the property, move-ins, communicating with the homeowners’ association, and monitoring the technical condition of the property.
“MYFREEDOM rent currently offers a long-term lease format with a fixed monthly income based on the average market rate. The investor receives an annual return of 11–12%, including capitalization over the entire period—which is 7–8 years—upon selling the property. The management company’s fee is 10–15% of the rent. Thus, the owner knows the projected income in advance and receives passive income without having to deal with tenants on a daily basis,” says Alla Chipak.
Investment Real Estate in Lviv
This model—from purchase and renovation to leasing—is already available in a number of our projects. Specifically, in the “Great Britain” residential complex on Shevchenko Street in Lviv.

The complex is located in an established urban setting—near shopping centers, schools, medical facilities, business centers, and other amenities. It is approximately a 15–20-minute walk to the center of Lviv.
In previous phases of the complex, units have already been sold and occupied, so the infrastructure is operational not only on paper but in reality: there are cafes, restaurants, shops, and fitness studios here.
Available for investment:
- one-bedroom apartments ranging from 26–29 m²
- two-bedroom apartments ranging from 52–62 m²
