Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that the construction of Villa Pohulianka Club House is in progress. Presently, the finishing of staircases in common facilities is being performed.
It is also reported that the routing of electrical cables into the apartments has been completed; the facade works are over, the installation of retaining walls is almost completed, and the installation of outdoor storm water drainage systems is underway.
