Ok’Land RC: in the third stage, a monolithic retaining wall is being constructed

It is also reported that in house No. 2, the roof is 95% complete, the waterproofing of sections 1, 2, 3, 4 is 100% complete; the installation of windows and balcony doors is 97% complete, and work continues on the installation of windows and stained glass windows on the first floors. The blockwork is 100% complete; work on the arrangement of exterior water supply and sewerage networks is 80%  ready. In sections 1, 3, 4, the installation of internal engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, heating, and electricity mains) is being performed; readiness is 20%. Insulation of the facade is in progress, 45% completed.

In parking lot No. 2, installation of utility networks (electricity, water supply, and sewerage), fire extinguishing and smoke removal systems is underway.
