Ok`Land RC is in the list of new buildings with the best parking provision rate in the capital

According to analysts of the portal, the average parking rate for new buildings in Kyiv is 0.2 parking spaces per apartment. While in our complex, according to experts, this rate reaches 0.41, making Ok`Land one of the thirty best residential complexes in the capital when it comes to the ratio of the number of parking places to the number of apartments.

In general, the experts of the online resource analysed 157 metropolitan complexes that met a number of criteria: sales had already started there, the data on all designed houses had been provided, the number of apartments in the residential complex is more than 50, the developer had already put other objects into operation, the developer had a general contractor's license , as well as permits for the land and construction.

We remind that Ok`Land RC is an ultra-modern complex for three houses of 12-26 floors high, which REC RIEL is building in Solomianskyi district, at 56 Povitroflotskyi Prospekt.
