RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the builders continue with the house No. 3 of Оk’Land RC. Now in the second and fourth sections, the insulation of the facade is underway. This was reported by the project manager.
It is also reported that the installation of apartment doors and false panels is in progress, in the first section, from 5 to 23 floors, in the second section – from 3 to 25 floors, in the third section – from 2 to 22 floors, and in the fourth from 4 to 23 floors are ready.
Meanwhile, plastering works in the common facilities and laying of ceramic tiles are underway; in the first section, from 4 to 24 floors, in the second section – from 3 to 26 floors, in the third section – from 4 to 24 floors are ready. Insulation of flights of stairs and installation of a fire door in the elevator hall on floors 2-3 in all sections are also being performed.
The flat roof has been completed in the parking lot.
