Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of Nordica Residence RC house No. 1, the brickwork of the outer walls has been completed; the installation of window structures and the arrangement of the facade are in progress. At the same time, the builders start roofing works. Active preparations are underway for the installation of internal engineering networks of the house: water, sewerage, electricity, fire protection system. According to the project manager, in the parking No. 1, a ramp is being arranged, partitions are being laid, and internal networks are being installed.
Meanwhile, in the second stage of the house No. 2, monolithic vertical elements of the first floor have been completed. In the third house, preparatory work for load distribution structure arrangement is underway.
