RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of Mіstechko Pidzamche residential complex is actively pursued. In the third stage of Novyi Fort complex in section B-4, the sewerage system is being arranged, the roof is ready. In sections V-2 and V-3, engineering communications were bricked up, and in section V-1, external sewerage and water supply have been completed, and preparations for facade work are underway. This was announced by the construction manager.
At the same time, roofing works in the fourth stage in sections G-1 and G-3 are being completed. In section G-3, we are preparing for facade work, and in G-2, we are preparing for foundation work.
In the first and second stages, installation of electricity metering panels together with metres and input and output automata has been completed; internal electrical panels are installed, and preparations for laying tiles in the common facilities are underway.
