RIEL Real Estate Corporation resumed the construction of Mistechko Pidzamche RC in order to provide our clients with housing as soon as possible in three ultra-modern residential complexes: residential Brama, Vezha and Novyi Fort complexes. Therefore, several stages of these residential complexes will be commissioned by the end of this year.
In the first stage of Brama RC, niches for engineering communications are being bricked up. Facades are being decorated and work on the boiler room construction is underway. At the same time, the arrangement of the premises of the electrical substation is being completed, and preparations for the improvement of the surrounding area are underway.
Currently, work on the installation of the heating and water supply system has been resumed in the first stage of the Vezha RC. The builders are completing the masonry of the walls on the first floor.
Construction of external networks – sewerage and water supply – is in progress. Facade works are being resumed where they were not yet completed. Electrical installation work in the apartments will begin soon.
In the second stage, in sections 4.4 and 6.1, the masonry of the walls and the roof work were restored. Installation of the heating and water supply system is underway. External sewage and water supply networks are also performed. Façade works have been resumed at the sites areas where they were not completed.
In the first and second stages of Noviy Fort RC the niches for engineering communications are being bricked up. Facades are being decorated and installation of the heating system and boiler room is underway. At the same time, the arrangement of the premises of the electric substation is being completed and the landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.
