Reinforced concrete and masonry works are continuing in Sections S-1 and S-2 at the Evening Residential Development construction site.
In Section S-1, the floor slab between the third and fourth floors has been completed. Masonry works to the walls on the ground and first floors have been completed, while works on the second floor are continuing.
In Section S-2, the floor slab between the second and third floors has been completed.
Evening is part of Riel City in Lviv, where residential living is complemented by comprehensive infrastructure for everyday life. The development will feature landscaped walking areas, recreational spaces, sports and children’s playgrounds, as well as its own school and nursery, shops and cafés.
Apartments at Evening are currently available from $48,927. The initial payment starts from $14,156, while the remaining balance can be paid in instalments until January 2029. Buyers can choose between monthly and quarterly payment schedules.
