Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that work on the construction site of Bereh Dnipra RC is actively pursued. According to the the project manager, now the builders are installing stair railings and decorative screens on the facades; the common facilities are almost finished and screeds on all floors except the first one have been cast. Finishing and facade work on the first floor has begun.
It is also reported that the installation of window structures for commercial premises has almost been completed, apartment doors have been installed, and the doors in the transformer substation are being installed; the roof has been completed, the equipment of pumping stations has been installed, and pre-commissioning activities are underway.
Fire-protection systems are being installed in the parking lot and on the roof.
