RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of all of America Residential Complex stages is actively pursued. In the fifth stage in V-1 house, the finishing of the entrances has been completed, the entrance to the parking lot has been arranged, the installation of electric equipment cabinets, boilers, radiators is underway, and work on landscaping is being completed.
Repair work in the V-2 house apartments is underway, site improvements are almost over, a sports ground is being equipped, and an entrance to the parking lot has been arranged.
In the sixth stage K-1 house, the facade work of the first floors is at the final stage, the improvement of the adjacent grounds is being completed.
In K-2 house, the finishing of common facilities is in progress, flights of stairs are being equipped, and facade work is being performed. In the second section of K-3, a monolithic frame has been equipped at the ninth floor level, work on the monolithic frame has been completed and parapets have been arranged on the roof in the fifth section.
