RIEL Real Estate Corporation continues the construction of America RC! Our specialists are making every effort to ensure that our clients can get their homes as soon as possible.
Therefore, we inform you that the construction of house V-1 is actively underway. In the first section, the decoration of common facilities and stairwells continues, and an elevator has been installed.
In the second section, the arrangement of the domestic gasification system has been completed, and the decoration of common facilities and staircases is also underway.
In the third section, the installation of the entrance doors to the apartments and the arrangement of the domestic gasification system were completed. Besides, we are restoring facade works.
In the fourth section, the casting of screeds and the installation of apartment entrance doors, the arrangement of the glass facade and the routing of the domestic gasification system were completed. Facade works are also being restored. At the same time, the installation of windows in commercial premises and entrance groups in the entrances of the building was completed.
In K-4 and K-5 houses, common facilities have been equipped, elevators, windows and apartment doors have been installed (except for the basement).
At the same time, facade work is ongoing, electrical cables are being laid on the basement floor, and radiators and water meters are being installed. The gas service specialists are starting to arrange domestic gas supply networks.
