Nordica Residence and Maxima Residence were included in the TOP of the best business-class residential complexes in Kyiv according to the Ukrainian Business Award rating.
The rating experts evaluated the projects according to criteria including innovation, comfort, customer focus, price-quality balance, and barrier-free accessibility. Particular attention was paid to compact solutions, which is an important argument for modern residents.
Maxima Residence, located in Pechersk, received 9 out of 10 points and took seventh place, while Nordica Residence, thanks to its unique solutions for residents, took eighth place in the rating.

One of the rating criteria was the minimum size of the apartment, as this is a very important argument for those who are looking for a compact apartment among business-class residential complexes. Maxima Residence offers a minimum area of 49 m², and Nordica Residence - from 45 m². Such parameters meet the needs of modern investors who appreciate the efficient use of space without sacrificing comfort.
As a reminder, RIEL Real Estate Corporation announced that by the end of 2024 it will be transformed into a holding structure. According to Rostyslav Melnyk, this change will increase business transparency and facilitate cooperation with international partners due to a clear ownership structure and liquidity of assets.
