RIEL Real Estate Corporation and Bosphorus Development report that the construction of the Maxima Residence RC continues. According to the project manager, the arrangement of the 10th floor is being completed in the first section, and the construction of the vertical elements of the 11th floor is underway. In parallel, the laying of external and internal walls continues. The installation of reinforced concrete monolithic stairs and ventilation units continues, and the tower crane is being tied down.
In the second section, the floor of the fifth floor is complete, preparations are underway to start laying walls, and the installation of ventilation units and reinforced concrete monolithic stairs is underway.
In the parking lot, 50% of the piles for the second gripper have been completed.
All piles have been completed in the third section.
