Since August, “eOseliia” government mortgage program has become fully operational in Ukraine. If it used to have a number of conditions and financial restrictions, now they have been removed.
Details: the state will further compensate part of the interest for contract servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors and scientists, and they will be able to purchase an apartment at 3% per annum. For other categories – combatants, veterans, IDPs, other citizens of Ukraine – the mortgage rate is 7%.
Basic conditions: lack of ownership of housing more than 52.5 sq.m per person plus 21 sq.m for each next family member.
According to Ukrfinzhytlo: “The “eOseliia” affordable mortgage lending program has received full funding. By the end of this year, at least 10,000 Ukrainian families will be able to receive preferential mortgages. Those who were denied for lack of funding can re-apply in Diia app.
