The construction of the third stage of Ok’Land RC continues actively. At present, the finishing of common areas and staircases is 80% complete.
Below is an update on the status of other works:
- Façade insulation – 95% complete.
- Installation of internal engineering networks (water supply, sanitation, heating, electricity) – 87% complete.
- Installation of elevators – 95% complete.
- Installation of apartment doors is 98% complete, technical doors – 80% complete.
- Installation of utilities in the basement – 65% complete.
- Installation of switchboard hatches and smoke exhaust valves – 50% complete.
- Basement utilities (electrical room, individual heating unit, pumping station, ventilation) – 72% complete.
- External water supply and sanitation networks – 96% completed.
- Improvement of the adjacent territory – 30% completed.
