The war with the Russian invaders has been going on in our country for several weeks now!
Our Armed Forces, as part of the regular army and volunteer formations, make heroic efforts on the front lines and defend our country in battles. The citizens in the war zone selflessly fight for their right to life, resist the invaders and are forced to hide in basements from incessant fire.
Although those who are not on the front line now have their own front: personal, public, and corporate... Many of us who are not in active combat zone, but in the rear, contribute to the common cause to the best of our abilities – participate in volunteer movements, public formations, helps the displaced persons, etc.
RIEL Real Estate Corporation has been involved in aid since day one of the war: we provide construction materials and equipment for cities fortification, help with the resettlement and adaptation of displaced persons, transfer military equipment to the Armed Forces and other units, supply food products for the territorial defence of Kyiv; we have created and train a separate unit of paramilitary troops, etc.
But, in our opinion, the time has come for the new front that will work behind the scenes, in Lviv, for the benefit of citizens, their families, and the state. After all, battles are won by the army, and wars by the economy. In this, we support the calls of the state, regional and city leadership to restore business activity.
We are starting to resume our operation in Lviv from late March. First of all, we offer the market real estate of higher readiness to ensure the new customers’ demand and resume construction to transfer the built apartments to the clients waiting for the homes they purchased.
We have also created a program of extra discounts and the possibility of deferring payments for military personnel, medical workers and displaced persons from other regions of Ukraine.
