RIEL Real Estate Corporation entered the TOP-10 developers in Ukraine by the number of commissioned apartments, taking the second place in the rating compiled by Forbes Ukraine and LUN.
Since the beginning of 2023, RIEL has commissioned 3,209 apartments in eight residential complexes located in Kyiv and Lviv. In the capital, 55% of apartments have been commissioned, in Lviv - 45%. The projects include Ok’Land and Great Residential Complexes in Kyiv and Velyka Britaniia, America, Yaroslavenka, Holoski Kruchi, Mistechko Pidzamche, and Shengen Residential Complexes in Lviv.
Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL Real Estate Corporation, noted that the company has completed almost all the projects launched before the war and is ready for new initiatives. As of February 2022, RIEL has started construction of about 600 thousand square meters of housing in Lviv and Kyiv, of which 84% have already been commissioned, amounting to 520 thousand square meters.
In Kyiv, RIEL is currently building three residential complexes and plans to launch two new projects on the left bank of the Dnipro River, while in Lviv it is completing the construction of six complexes started before the war and has launched two new projects. In November and December, it plans to launch three more projects – two large residential complexes and one small house.
According to the rating of the TOP-10 developers, more than 25,350 apartments were commissioned in Ukraine between 2023 and the first half of 2024. LUN analysts note that the rate of housing commissioning has decreased by 45% compared to the pre-war period.
