RIEL offers housing under the expanded eOselia program for internally displaced persons

November 08, 2024

Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to Russian aggression now have more opportunities to buy their own homes. In October of this year, the Government amended the eOselia affordable mortgage program to allow internally displaced persons (IDPs) to choose housing that is less than 10 years old. Previously, IDPs could only choose housing built no more than three years ago.

These changes have already come into force and expand the opportunities for IDPs to participate in the eOselia program, which will allow them to purchase housing on favorable terms.

RIEL cooperates with various banks under the eOselia program and offers a wide range of housing in Lviv and Kyiv that meets the new program criteria.

“Expanding the terms of the mortgage program opens up new opportunities for IDPs, and we at RIEL are happy to assist them in finding comfortable housing in Kyiv and Lviv. By cooperating with partner banks, we ensure the availability of quality housing solutions to help Ukrainians have a new home,” said Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL Real Estate Corporation.
