On 7 October, the LUN Conference — one of the key annual events for developers — took place at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Centre in Kyiv. In the Chasha hall, the panel discussion ‘Primary Market: Where the Housing Sector Is Heading’ was held, moderated by Borys Davidenko, Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Ukraine. Among the panelists were Ihor Nikonov (KAN Development), Rostyslav Melnyk (RIEL), Ihor Huda (Creator-Bud), Yevhen Favorov (Ukrainian Association of Developers), and Ihor Subotenko (Kovalska Real Estate).
The discussion focused on the topics that concern the market the most: financing in 2026, prospects for launching new projects, price forecasts, and demographic challenges.

Such industry gatherings help foster transparency and strengthen partnerships among key players in the real estate market.
Rostyslav Melnyk, CEO of RIEL, emphasised the importance of creating ‘magnets’ within modern residential spaces — elements that attract residents and generate added value. ‘We are not afraid of being left with unsold square meters — the market is ready to absorb a quality product. The key is to offer not just housing, but an environment where people truly feel comfortable living,’ summarized RIEL CEO Rostyslav Melnyk.

In this context, RIEL also emphasises the development of partnership relations with real estate agencies in Kyiv and Lviv.
Earlier this spring, the company organised its first large-scale event in the capital for real estate agencies and agents, where it presented two new residential complexes — Brother and Sister. Today, the partner network in Kyiv already includes around 1,500 real estate agents.
A similar partnership programme is successfully operating in Lviv, uniting over 350 real estate professionals. For them, the company held a series of professional networking events, where new projects in Lviv were presented — Big Ben, Harry, Hyde Park, and Father.
Zoriana Zemlynska, Head of Sales Coordination at RIEL in Kyiv, highlighted during her speech at the LUN Conference: ‘In Lviv, 14-15% of our sales come through partner brokers. In Kyiv — around 10%. This proves that partnership works — and it’s beneficial for all parties involved.’

At the RIEL stand, Partner Relations Manager Oksana Hrynko introduced real estate agencies and brokers to the company’s partnership programme, explained the format of cooperation, and discussed upcoming projects.

We sincerely thank all partners who have already joined our partnership programme and invite new participants to learn more via the link provided.
